Alvarado Street - Monterey
Located in a historically registered building in Old Monterey, the Alvarado Street Brewery & Grill serves locally sourced, gastropub-influenced fare built around it's beers that are produced on-site. The Brewpub contains 140 seats, including a shaded sidewalk patio overlooking Alvarado Street, a 50-seat Beer Garden in the back, a full bar, and over 20 house beers on draft.

This old school West Coast IPA was layered with crystal malt to add a hint of caramel sweetness and body to balance out the intense resinous pine of Centennial, and the earthy grassiness of Amarillo.
Double Dank Shake

We’ve loaded up the 2022 edition with Simcoe, Galaxy, Waimea & Zeus to bring the dank fire and set the stage for “Northern Lights” terpenes. The result is surprisingly a bright citrus and perfumey honeydew melon character, pairing perfectly with added creaminess from milk sugar and raw oats in the grist.

A crater-full of progressive hops and hop products including lupulin concentrated @haas_hops Incognito during fermentation along with Cryo Pop from @yakimachief. These two, in concert with Galaxy and Strata weave a foundation of peach, pineapple and strawberry flavors. Restrained hop bite, an uber-soft mouthfeel and a nostalgia of the holiday road.
Mai Tai: White Label
WC DIPA
A true West Coast Double IPA that’s the culmination of Mosaic, through a variety of progressive hopping techniques and hop products. "Tropical" doesn't do it justice - all the passionfruit, mango, and guava notes with a heavy blueberry and white wine-like grape presence permeate with each sip, backed by moderate bitterness and an ultra-dry finish.
