Mist Trail

Hazy Pale Ale

5.5% ABV

A rip rap trail across your palate, preciously laid with Mosaic and Wakatu. It's hazy, juicy, and not too boozy because the way down is dangerous.

Hiney the Bunger

BBA Imperial Stout

14% ABV

Debuting the 2020 vintage of Hiney the Bunger, "Hiney Night" is a celebration of our annual Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout. Aged for over 19 months in Buffalo Trace barrels, this decadent delight has all the notes you're looking for; dark chocolate, vanilla, molasses, oak, and bourbon.

Raspberry Coulis

Raspberry Smoothie Sour

6.5% ABV

The reddest installment of our smoothie sour series sees us doubling down on raspberries for a thick, rich, desert-like sauce of a beer. We added over 1000 pounds of raspberry puree to this lactose-laden smoothie.

Simcoe Salad

SH Hazy IPA

6.4% ABV

This one is all pineapple, but it still retains a little bit of that sticky-icky. It's amazing how different Simcoe can be from year to year and lot to lot, and our 2020 selection highlights that diversity within this amazing varietal.

Deader Than You

DH Hazy TIPA

11% ABV

This triple IPA is a race to the grave and back and, at 11%, it provides its own exit strategy. Hotside additions of Ekuanot and massive coldside additions of Citra and Strata will kill you dead. The nose on this nightmare is a hair-, hell-, and dead-raising combo of candied orange, diesel, and pine tar.

Apricity

BA Mixed Culture Saison w. Apricots

This mixed culture fermentation was brewed in simpler times -- February 2019. It was blended from three French oak barrels and then spent another year conditioning in stainless. Fruited with apricots, we’ll be damned if it’s not as rich and complex as a blustery day in December when the sun riddles a ragged edge of clouds for just long enough to warm a bare place in your mind of winter.

Horatio

SH WC IPA

6.3% ABV

The latest crop of Nelson hops has that awesome gooseberry note that made us fall in love with Nelson way back when. This version of Horatio has that classic cool-climate, white-wine character with a touch of flint. We provide it with just enough of a malt structure from which to drape hops.

Trainer

Lite Beer

4.5% ABV

This is a great beer that’s low in calories, low in carbs, low in alcohol, low in pretension, but high in character.

Joose Somm

Hazy IPA

7% ABV

You're a sommelier of juice. You're not a Cicerone. You're not even a Certified Beer Server. And you've never heard of the BJCP. It doesn't matter. You're an expert. You're a Joose Somm.

Never Change

English Mild

4.2% ABV

Dark mild is a great beer for catching up because it has a ton of character -- especially this one, which is made with local, floor-malted barley -- but it won’t slide you off your stool.

Big Blur

Hazy DIPA

8.5% ABV

Dry-hopped with Citra, El Dorado and Simcoe...'We don’t know what happened in Big Sur. It probably had something to do with zesty Citra and El Dorado, and the resinous, churning of Simcoe. But it was all just a Big Blur.'

The Afterfest

Festbier

5.3% ABV

This lager is closer to the festbier that’s traditionally served at the annual beer bonanza than the sweeter, darker Oktoberfest/Marzen versions of the style. Those copper-colored lagers are fun, but they’re just a little too cloying to drink by the liter. This festbier is just a touch breadier than a pilsner, but still crisp, balanced, and refreshing.

Wet Hop Strata Salad

SH Wet Hop IPA

6.4% ABV

Don’t sleep on this Salad beer, it’s by far the best and most interesting one to date. Super grassy, dank, and a pleasant bitterness that’s not in our usual salad beers.

Bassets of the Sea

WC IPA with Maldron Sea Salt Flakes

A lightly brined IPA, with a fresh piney nose, a touch of citrus rind fruit, and a dry finish that begs another sip.

Mosaic Salad

SH Hazy IPA

6.4% ABV

The Salad Series is all about cutting through the noise to amplify unique, hand-selected lots of some of our favorite hop varietals. We use the same base recipe for each beer — same grist bill, same hopping schedule, same yeast strain. The only variable we change is the hops, and this time around we’re spotlighting our favorite lot of 2020 Mosaic.

Cool IPA -- nobody

Cold Fermented IPA

7.2% ABV

Collab with Temescal Brewing

Cleaner, crispier, drier, and -- thanks to Amarillo and Nelson -- danker. Fermented cool, like a lager (with a lager yeast, in fact), this one is fresh and snappy. We added jasmine rice to dry it out even further. Thanks to the lager magicians at @wayfinderbeer for innovating on the trend-that-won't-end. Long live IPA!

Blackberry Blueberry Coulis

Blackberry Blueberry Sour

6.5% ABV

The OG smoothie is back y’all - this jammy beer is extra thick thanks to over a 1000 pounds of berries. If you don’t like smoothie beers you’re probably lying to yourself, so don’t sleep on this one. It pours dark purple, almost black, and is one of our most popular beers. Oh! And it contains lactose.

Cheugy

DH Hazy TIPA

11.2% ABV

Collab with Humble Sea

Dry-hopped with Citra, Cryo Simcoe, and Rakau, it's chewy and soft and tastes like a candied pinecone.
