Black Meridian

BBA Black Barleywine

14.6% ABV

It is layered with notes of dried fig, creamy vanilla bean, whip crack bourbon heat, and molasses cookies. The flavor goes on for miles with roasted almond, sticky toffee, bitter chocolate, coffee cordial, and Italian Amaro. Optimal enjoyment of Black Meridian is when a pour becomes close to room temperature and the carbonation has diminished to nearly still.

Cosmic Lust

IPA

Collab with Cloudburst Brewing

An original recipe by our great friends Cloudburst Brewing Co in Seattle. This IPA is an evolution of the Elysian Brewing Space Dust recipe which was created by Cloudburst founder and Head Brewer Steve Luke. Our version closely follows Cloudburst’s with a blend of Amarillo, Citra & Galaxy hops on top of some high quality pale malts for a modern IPA aroma with hints of classic Pacific Northwest hoppy ales. We learn so much each time we climb into another brewery’s mind so thanks to Cloudburst for sharing the knowledge!

Codename: Peacharine

SH IPA

6.3% ABV

It is a very exciting time to be brewing as we are starting to see New Zealand hops farms roll out experimental hop varieties. Imagine our joy when our good friends at Freestyle Farms told us about a variety they have been working on called ‘Peacharine.’ We secured some Peacharine as soon as it landed in the US and put it right into this single hop IPA. You are experiencing this peachy, orange hop nectar before most people in the beer drinking world!

Double Dobis

SH WC DIPA

8.2% ABV

For this single hopped Double IPA we use one of our favorite hops, CITRA!!! This hop brings potent aroma and flavor, notably of pine sap, lychee, orange and pineapple. This is dry hopped with our finest Citra from multiple lots as well as Citra Cryo (think hop hash). The result is silky and juicy but with a noticeable hop kick that lets you know this is a Double IPA!

Radio Edit

WC Hazy Pale Ale

5.7% ABV

The haze comes from protein and a high rate of dry hopping that leaves the beer opaque. The West Coast part means it has crisp hop flavor, an assertive bitterness not usually found in hazy beers and a clean hoppy aroma with very little yeast contribution. That’s just a long way of saying it tastes great!

Freestyle Farms

IPA

7% ABV

In celebration of one of the great hop farms of New Zealand, nay, the World, Cellarmaker has brewed this IPA with a selection of hops from Freestyle Farms. We have developed a deeply impactful relationship with the people of Freestyle with their Nelson Sauvin being our most used hop. However, they are no one trick pony so we have decided to showcase some of their other amazing hops in this IPA. So please enjoy this unique and tantalizing expression of NZ hop character from Waimea, Southern Cross, Motueka and NZ Cascade.

Battlesnake

Hazy WC Pale Ale

5.7% ABV

This lightly hazy pale ale showcases Strata, a new hop variety out of Oregon. All hops are exciting to us, but hops that can stand on their own are the most intriguing. Strata is such a hop, with aromas of lemon and black lime as well as hints of strawberry, melon, coriander, spearmint, and Kush.

Wild Gooseberry Chase

SH Hazy IPA

7.1% ABV

We love New Zealand Nelson Sauvin. It is by far our favorite hop. No other hop has such a wide range of aromas and flavors so it’s perfect for a single hop beer like this. We used two of our favorite lots of Nelson from Freestyle Farm’s 2020 harvest. We think this is the perfect showcase of what Nelson can and should smell and taste like.

Terpene Station

WC DIPA

8.7% ABV

What are terpenes? They are aromatic compounds found in hops and the cousin to the hop, marijuana. This beer is so pungent we just had to give it a heady name. Electric aromas from Galaxy, Mosaic, Citra, Centennial and Nelson meet sticky, mouth-coating pine and hop oil flavors enhanced by West Coast clarity and bitterness. It’s what Jerry drinks.

Collab with Ghost Town

Cellarmaker and Ghost Town have joined their dark forces to create a hop-focused beer in worship of the Sweet Leaf. We rolled up our choicest hops in one ultra dank and sticky West Coast IPA. Nelson Sauvin and Waimea hops from New Zealand, Australian Enigma and of course the terpene heavy Simcoe combine to exhibit aromas of dispensary displays and hotboxed 1972 Dodge van.
