Vital Signs

Blended Bourbon & Rye BA Imperial Stout

Commemorating its 8th anniversary, Cellermaker is releasing a barrel aged imperial stout, blending four separate projects for this celebratory cuvée: -- Double Barrel Stout aged in a Weller Reserve barrel for 10 months and then further aged in a second Weller Reserve barrel for 7 months; -- Double Barrel Barleywine aged in Weller Reserve for 12 months and then further aged in a Thomas Handy Rye barrel for 8 months; -- A Black Barleywine singularly aged in a Weller Reserve barrel for 16 months; -- A different Black Barleywine also singularly aged in a Weller Reserve barrel for 16 months. Despite the heavy barleywine influence, the threads of stout take to the forefront. Aromas of dark cacao, espresso and torched sugar are laced with rich vanilla, toffee, marshmallow and a goji berry sweetness. The wheated bourbon is warming, inviting and balancing. In a word, epic.

Entangled Worlds

BBA Black Barleywine w. Hazelnuts & Vanilla Beans

13.8% ABV

A Black Barleywine aged in Old Fitzgerald and Weller bourbon barrels, then conditioned on hazelnuts and vanilla beans. The boozy bourbon hit balances a rich and sweet Nutella and walnut brownie like aroma and deeply fudgy and layered flavor. No extracts, only _real_ flavors. If you enjoy high class dessert like barrel aged offerings this is a _do not miss_!

Party Drank

Hazy WC DIPA

Everybody loves a party and nothing makes a party better than some dope drank! Originally brewed for our Fourth Anniversary celebration, Party Drank DIPA is now new and improved with a new recipe! Over the top hopping with Simcoe, Citra and a splash of Centennial plus fermentation with our neutral house ale yeast creates a beer redolent of dank party favors and spiked fruit juice! We intentionally make this one just a little hazy to really showcase the hop flavor.

Cantaloupe Island

Hazy WC IPA

Cantaloupe Island IPA always features an experimental hop along with familiar characteristics from a hopping with Citra and Simcoe. This batch features experimental HBC 586, a new & exciting hop from the Hop Breeding Company. We will be using much more of this hop in the future as it is loaded w tons of ripe red berry aromas, almost blackberry and raspberry jam like -- atypical for sure, but a great balance to the tropical fruit, citrus & pine we are used to from Citra & Simcoe.

Quadruple Dobis

DH SH Hazy Quadruple IPA

A beer that almost makes no sense, almost. A beer that uses 8 pounds per barrel of Citra hops in a single batch. Quadruple Dobis is that beer. It’s tremendously juicy and dank with notes of lychee, mandarin orange and pineapple with just enough malt backbone to hold down the fort. 100% Citra hopped.

Tiny Dankster

DDH Hazy WC Pale Ale

5.7% ABV

Hopped with generous additions of Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic & Citra this is one of our juiciest and favorite pale ales. It is a mini version of our double IPA Original Dankster. Notes of pineapple, kiwi, gooseberry, diesel, citrus and tropical fruits. More aromatics, more flavors than your standard pale ale but still retains that pale ale drinkability.

Mo' Simcoe

Another pairing with our cherished Mosaic hop. The Simcoe we selected in 2020 has a really cool pine, lemon and blackberry character that accompanies Mosaic’s melon and guava character really well. Mo’ Simcoe is tropical, dry and resinous but also has a hop sweetness that rounds it all out.

Dank Statement

10% ABV

Mosaic, Simcoe, Strata and Centennial hops are layered in over and over to create a beer with bright aromas of strawberry daiquiri, Grand Marinier and lemon sorbet, supported by immature ganja bud and redwood forest floor. The 10% alcohol by volume is hidden well behind a high level of clean and crisp bitterness and mouth coating hip oil and sweetness.

Blanton’s BBA Barleywine

15.3% ABV

Collab with Slice Beer Co.

Single oak aged barleywine conditioned for 14 months in Blanton’s Bourbon barrels. It is reminiscent of fine dry sherry, achieving a layered character of creme brûlée, bourbon drenched toasted almonds, hard crack toffee and a dried apricot and fig fruitiness. We recommend allowing your pour to warm to close to room temperature and letting the carbonation to diminish so that all of the rich flavors may speak without restriction

Wet Strata Premium

Wet Hop Hazy WC IPA

Collab with Indie Hops

We infused this Simcoe and Strata hopped IPA with a tremendous amount of Oregon grown wet Strata hops straight from the farm at Coleman Ag. The wet hops used in this beer were harvested by our friends at Indie Hops early in the morning and 12 hours later were added to Strata Premium. The freshly picked hop cones are extremely spicy and fruity with hints of mint and cannabis. We then dry hop Strata Premium with some Simcoe for an extra dank kick.

We took two well known IPA hops, Strata and Citra, and teamed them up with a lesser known Oregon grown variety called Meridian. Get ready for a melange of tangy cannabis and tropical fruit from the Strata and Citra, balanced by dried fruit leather and stone fruit softness from the Meridian.
