Food is to-go only. If you bring your own growler, please wash it first. We will wash all growlers using strong detergent, sanitize and purge with co2 before filling. Bordeaux BA Gose

This is a historical style Gose, aged for 1 year in a Bordeaux wine barrel. We fermented it with one of our house mixed cultures that produces stone fruit and citrus flavors. We added sea salt and European coriander to the barrel, as this was done historically. The resulting beer is tart, with a hint of acetic acid, massively fruity and with a nice citrus aroma from the coriander. Salt is in the background, as is the earthy spice of coriander. Given the length of time spent in oak, there is a lovely pronounced wood note all through the beer. It’s moderately carbonated so it’s not too light, but still allows you to get great meringue foam if you choose to.

Wine BA Berlinerweisse Sour

3.9% ABV

We fermented this with one of our house Berlinerweisse mixed cultures and aged for 8 months in Bordeaux wine barrel. It’s highly carbonated, as is characteristic for the style. Enjoy this one in a flute glass or tulip glass in order to really enjoy the effervescence. You’ll notice bright peach and apricot flavors and a nice dry finish.

Hops: Zappa, Cashmere

100% brettanomyces fermented IPA. We blended our fruitiest and our funkiest brett cultures together for this one. Its bittered with Zappa hops, which gives an earthy grapefruit peel lingering bitterness. Then we dry hopped with Cashmere to add tropical and citrus fruit flavors and aroma. Stone fruit, mango, tangerine, orange, lemon and barnyard funk. Love IPA but are looking for something unusual? Oh yeah. We got that for you! Its super dry and we didnt go crazy with the alcohol.
