Brewno Marzen

Fiestbier

9/11/2020

5.8% ABV

This amber lager is malty with a touch of hops. The aroma is of lightly toasted malts and smells similar to fresh baked bread. The flavor is crisp, with a slightly fuller body than our pilsner.

SH Italian Pilsner

Hoppy Salvation

WC IPA

8/8/2020

7.4% ABV

The hops we use give this beer it's characteristic floral and citrus notes in the small and taste, but we also kept a slightly higher percentage of caramel malts in the recipe to balance out the bitterness. Despite the stronger malt backbone, you'll find hop forward flavors.

Fyrst Ripa

Red IPA

8/6/2020

6.1% ABV

This red IPA starts off like an IPA and ends smooth and malty. Starting with a clean bitterness from Mt. Hood hops it finishes with a lightly toasted malt flavor. Dark caramel malts give this beer a roasty sweetness that balances the hop bitterness.

I'm Easy

TIPA

7/31/2020

10.3% ABV

Clean malt base and mildly bitter triple IPA that supports a complex of new hops. Aroma and flavor characteristics include tropical notes of citrus and fresh, juicy mango. Notes of orchard fruit and pine needles add to the complexity of hop aromas and flavors. Finishes dryer than a typical double or triple IPA.

Twisted Red

Red Ale

7/29/2020

7% ABV

This easy drinking Red Ale is definitely red but the American hop bill gives a typical pale ale type flavor with added caramel sweetness. Expect a malt flavor with a caramel or slight molasses/raisin sweetness combined with a very slight bitterness from hops.

Dinglehopper

IPA

7/1/2020

This clear golden straw brew may look just like any other IPA out there, but it has something different in it. We used a new hop blend called Trident. Aromas and flavors of apricot, tangerine, Jolly Rancher and pine dominate the flavors of this IPA. Light malts leave it with a deliciously hoppy character and a subdued malt presence.

DH DIPA

6/24/2020

8% ABV

Hops: Motueka, Azacca, El Dorado

The beer features mango, pineapple, apricot and guava on the nose and has the same in the flavor along with some melon and lychee added in. A unique feature of this beer is that is does not feature citrus flavors which are common in most West Coast IPAs. A beautifully clear golden color and a refreshing finish.

Besmoked

Porter

6/17/2020

A robust porter with a smokey finish. Black malt adds a nice coffee like flavor, the Cherrywood smoked malt from Briess lends a slight woody/smokey flavor and almost makes the beer taste a bit like chocolate.
