We switched things up from classic witbiers, and substituted organic satsumas from our farmers market pals @kenstopnotchproduce instead of traditional orange peel. Rounded out with a handful of organic coriander, it checks all the boxes: hazy, fluffy, citrusy, zesty, balanced & just dry enough to be damn refreshing.
