Our classic tripel style, crispy, rustic, like a haunted cabin you suddenly inherit from a distant aunt. There’s nothing haunting about this brew except perhaps it’s mouth watering flavor. With a Pilsner and wheat malt build this beer has got good bones upon which fruit and spice aromas sit, giving the whole a dry and refreshing finish. Cozy up with a pint and a good book. Maybe a pipe? Is that too old school? We don’t think so. We love the classics.
