Rogue's Galaxy
California Pilsner
Built with a lineup of traditional malts and fermented with a yeast identified as true to style, Rogue's Galaxy is our take on a Pilsner. We examined the evidence and put a California twist on things by using Galaxy hops. Any witness to this beer will pick out subtle peach and orange notes from this Australian hop. Light and clean at 5.2% ABV, Rogue's Galaxy is criminally refreshing.

Built on the foundation of German Pilsner and specialty malts to highlight the robust flavors produced by both, striking the perfect balance of malt and hop.
Thor's Helmet
Hazy DIPA
Thor’s Helmet is an emission nebula in the constellation Canis Major. We used a specialty yeast strain to boost the hop aromas and flavor in this Hazy DIPA. A blend of heavy hitters Idaho 7, El Dorado, Azacca, and Amarillo result in a beer ripe with papaya, ripe orange, and mango. This pillowy brew is light on bitterness but full of juicy goodness.
