Originally brewed as part of our Staff Beer Series. It is a Japanese style Rice Lager with a malt bill containing 50% Jasmine rice. As you can see in the photo, the rice gives it such a light color and the beer is so crystal clear that you can see right through it! Super clean, great lager flavor, subtle rice notes in the malt, this beer is best served ICE COLD.
