Collab with Andytown SF (coffee)

When brewing the base beer we used a double mash to make the beer as thick and syrupy as possible. It then spent 16 months in whiskey barrels and was pulled and adjuncted with coconut and vanilla for about 10 days, @andytownsf coffee for 18 hours and cacao nibs for 8 hours. The result is hands down one of the best beers we have ever made. The umami/soy sauce mellowed out nicely and is now overloaded with rich chocolate, brownies, dark malts and coffee with a subtle coconut and vanilla to bring it all together.
