Tropical Hazy IPA

6.9% ABV

Booming aromas of ripe guava, passionfruit, and lychee are sure to appease the crowd. A touch of orange zest finishes out the hop profile. A softer water profile, favoring chloride, and plenty of oats and wheat mesh with the oils from the hops to round out the mouthfeel.

Piney citrus notes linger on your tongue, and a slight resinous character coats the pallet. The hop character on this beer is absolutely killer! It’s super tropical & fruity up front but finishes with a lovely dry complexity to back it up.

Pils

Hoppy Pilsner

5.5% ABV

Careful use of Czech Saaz gives both a crisp, spicy character from early boil additions and bright lemon zest for whirlpool and dry hopping. Tettnang brings out just a touch of pear notes, and the floral Wiehenstephaner Lager yeast melds with the hop character. Barke Pilsner malt, with a touch of Barke Vienna, creates just enough body to support the hops with “crackery” honey notes.

Our way of doubling down on a truly amazing hop... Bright aromas of peach, mango, and pineapple take center stage and are complemented by a wide array of citrus and herbal background notes. It's deceptively dry, but a healthy helping of oats and the high oil content of Mosaic provide plenty of body and mouthfeel.
