Wondrous IPA
American IPA
The whole idea about this beer is creating the most ideal West Coast IPA we can. Really finessing the hop additions, utilizing new school hopping techniques and just dialing things in to have a beer that to us, defines the WC IPA Style. Pale, bright, a full yet drinkable bitterness and a balanced oily hop character with aromas that range from mega tropical fruit, to pine and citrus dankness. This beer will be a constant work in progress, tweaking the recipe with every brew, using modern hop products and technology to hone in on this beer style that is so fun to brew and drink!

West Coast Malt Liquor
Being a Malt Liquor, this is a high gravity beer that combines the drinkability of a lager with the high impact hop character of an IPA, a real hardbody! It provides all of the brawn without any of the bulk. Its muscular ABV, and taught body are purpose built to unleash the resinous rampage of pine, sticky flower and citrus extracted from a high-output three stage dry hop
2 Ten Euros
Unfiltered Czech Pilsner
Floral, bright, zesty crispiness. We decided to change things up a little bit and gently Dry Hop this batch of 2 Ten with Czech Saaz, creating a bit more of an aromatic beer. This beer is always step mashed, naturally carbonated and lagered horizontally for almost 2 months, developing a more clarified and nuanced beer for everyone’s enjoyment.
Heartbreaks Edge
Hopped with Mosaic Cryo + HBC 586 Mega tropical fruit forward, with a zippy bitterness and a resiny smooth hop flavor. A drinkable delight!

SH Unfiltered IPA
Unfiltered IPA brewed with a bit of Oats and hopped with Strata.
Hubba Hideout
West Coast Pilsner
Hubba Hideout West Coast Pilsner is named after the once-legendary skate spot in SF - a frequent haunt for two East Bay skaters who grew up to be brewers at Headlands and Wondrous. Now they’ve collaborated to honor the infamous street obstacle with a ridiculous bill of American and NZ hops, cryo hops, and NZ hop kief. Expect a smooth, crisp lager backdrop to massive tropical and resinous flavors. Sometimes perfection lies just shy of chaos.

We designed this beer to showcase everything we love about West Coast IPAs. Big aromatics, clean hop bitterness and punchy hop flavor.
Sleeping Chamber
WC Rye IPA
An homage to one of the OG West Coast-style hoppy beers from San Diego back in the day. Probably one of our cloudiest beers yet, but still West Coast in all of it’s glory. Fermenting this beer with 001 leaves a clean slate for some coal rollin’ diesel and fruit forward aromatics, followed by an upfront Left Coast bitterness and some tropical hop flavor, then finishes dry and soft thanks to the Rye.

Unfiltered SH IPA
We changed up the recipe quite a lot with this batch. Starting off with a base of crisp pale Pilsner malt, then re-wrote the kettle hop bill, going for a more punchier and juicier hop flavor all while utilizing our ultra awesome hand selected Simcoe from @yakimachief. We are excited about this batch and the Simcoe is erupting on the nose.
