Beers

Spring Lager

Lager
Now available at all of our locations is our Spring Lager, a Bohemian-Style pilsner that’s just the perfect beverage for the time of year. This is an easy drinking lager that achieves a respectably low alcohol level but doesn’t sacrifice the flavor of rustic malts and European hops. Brewed with 100% Weyermann Isaria malt, the oldest German malting barley variety, which was officially approved for beer production in 1924.

Brass Boots

Copper Ale
We are super stoked to run the beer through our new Angram cask pump which is a traditional English form of serving beer. You can expect a creamy mouthfeel like a nitro beer which will accentuate the expressive bready and toffee like malts.

Mo' Strata

WC IPA
Cannabis like aromatics and flavors of guava, pine and mandarin orange all of which are supported by a firm but balanced bitterness and zippy carbonation.

Dank and Infused

West Coast Pilsner
Dank and Infused, a pretty proper name for this easy drinking and crisp hoppy lager. We saturated the kettle during the brew with Citra 702, a concentrated oil extracted from Citra hops by Yakima Chief in Washington. We then dry hopped Dank and Infused with more Citra, Strata and Peacharine

Cloudy With a Chance of Dobis

Citra Hazy IPA
he Dobis family is dedicated to brews made with 100 % Citra. Our tap list, like this Bay Area weather, is changing all the time. However, we love Citra so much, there is usually a chance of Dobis.

Christopher Riwakan

SH Pale Ale
I got a fever and the only prescription is more cowbell and more Riwaka. This fresh track is a dynamite pale ale that will have you exploring the space. Made with 100 percent New Zealand Riwaka hops this pale ale has all the tropical notes to give you a smash hit!

X-raying Nugs

We employed the North Park treatment of infusing Citra Incognito in the fermenter of X-Raying Nugs and then further hopped the bejesus out of it with Nelson, Nelson Cryo and Citra. Then on top of that we added Rakau SubZero Hop Kief, a hop extract from Freestyle Hops in New Zealand, for an extra terp and berry slap of aroma.

Hashtronaut

West Coast IPA
We are super stoked to brew our first collab with Shawn McIlhenney after years of being fans of him and his father’s beers. Shawn knows how to make some dank beers so we brought some terpy hops to the table for this brew. Simcoe Cryo, Nelson Cryo, Nectaron and Mosaic bring layers on layers of dank tropical fruit and ganja-like oily flavor.

Dank Statement

WC TIPA
Mosaic, Simcoe, Strata and Centennial hops are layered in over and over to create a beer with bright aromas of strawberry daiquiri, Grand Marinier and lemon sorbet, supported by immature ganja bud and redwood forest floor. The 10% alcohol by volume is hidden well behind a high level of clean and crisp bitterness and mouth coating hip oil and sweetness.
