Beers

Kernza

West Coast Lager
We brewed this 100% organic Westcoast Lager using Idaho-grown organic Pilsner malt, a pinch of some organic specialty malts, and the namesake of this beer; Kernza®, an organic perennial wheatgrass that is similar in profile to red wheat malt and adds the subtle complexity we look for in a good Lager. The proverbial icing on this organic and delightfully tasty cake is the organic HBC586 and Idaho7 hops we were able to source to make this possibly the most delectable all organic Westcoast Lager brewed in Berkeley.

Losers' Club Vol. VI

DIPA
This high ABV hop monster finishes drier than our typical Double IPA but you wouldn't know from the lovely body from that higher alcohol. This lays a perfect bed for what is a megaphone of new-world hop flavors consisting of blueberries, honeydew, passionfruit, mango, and sweet ruby red grapefruit.

Pulp

SH Hazy IPA
This juicy IPA bursts with a lean and simple malt profile, medium body, and all Citra hops making it the orange juice of beers! The abundance of Citra hops creates an aromatic bombardment that smells like a Sunday drive through a citrus orchard in the peak of season; with notes of fresh squeezed orange juice, lemon head candies, peach candy rings, and juicy sweet mango trekking from the first sniff to the last sip.

Olyvia

Belgian Pale Ale
Our take on a true classic, Olyvia is simple but void of any cut corners. Its ingredient list is simple; the best Pale Ale malt Belgium has to offer, a light dusting of two of the most classic European Noble hops ever, and our favorite Trappist yeast to produce notes of pear, apple, banana, cherry, plum, lemon, and hints of pepper and biscuit.

Saint Thomas O.G.

SH Hazy IPA
Fermented with the most classic Westcoast yeast there is, the O.G. Saint Thomas is shockingly similar to its namesake; just as juicy and tropical and soft on the palate, but comes out near crystal clear, a bit drier, and lighter in body while still being what we consider the quintessential Mosaic IPA. Flavor profiles are nearly identical with a slightly brighter overall character on the O.G. with notes of white grapefruit, passionfruit, honeydew, ripe citrus, blueberries, and hints of pineapple juice that dominate the palate.

Fog Ripper

Kettle Sour
Fog Ripper is soured to the point of mouth puckering acidity and then is fermented with passion fruit, red sour cherries, oranges, limes, and Mosaic hops, and hits your nose with a zing.

High & Fine

Westcoast Lager
Designed to be infinitely refreshing and deliciously pungent, scents of passion fruit, yuzu juice, white grapefruit, honeydew, sauv blanc grape, and smashed blueberries rain down like an IPA of your dreams, yet hop bitterness and resins are subdued, almost delicate, leaving a crisp and clean, light and refreshing finish blanketed by plumes of hop aroma.

Lovers & Losers

Bohemian Pilsner
It all comes back to the old reliable...the European Lager. Bright, grainy, and refreshing with a light body, low bitterness, and mild floral hop character; Lovers & Losers evokes all of the memories we miss from the beers we started our craft beer journey on.
