This bigly scientific brew has been devised in all ways to maximize tropical fruit character unleashed by the bleeding edge tech that is this new crop of “thiolized” yeasts that’s making brewers worldwide say “Wow!” We brewed this highly experimental new DIPA with a restrained dry-hop featuring Comet, Wai-iti, and Cascade put through a molecule-moving yeast that’s going to deliver a noseload of guava goodness that you’ll have to smell to believe.

Dortmunder Export, comparatively clandestine when contrasted with the cousins from places like Plzen and Munich, the pale lagers exported from Dortmund offer all the clean hop flavor you’d want from a Pilsner, along with the beguiling malt complexity of a Munich Helles. Stronger. Firmer in body, and so much more hard to find.
Frozen Envelope

High in haze, low in bitterness, and maximized in Idaho 7 & Ahtanum hops. This beer pours as orange as a regulation basketball with a fluffy head on top as satisfying as a 3-point swish! It smells like juice, looks like juice, tastes like creamsicles.

West Coast IPA
Leading with Simcoe, just profound pine needles and grapefruit pith. If you are paying a lot of attention you will see the subtlety of the Citra and Comet which bring passionfruit, guava, and a little bit of white peach

With every sip of this beer, there will be a yellow submarine with a full complement of tea-leaf torpedos stimulating your flavor sensors!!! It’ll leave a wake of lemon oil, grapefruit juice, and black tea aroma everywhere it goes.

American Light Lager
Light in color, light in flavor and at a low 3.8% ABV, it’s about 10% lighter in alcohol than the average light lager! Speaking of light stuff, CO2 is pretty light so we loaded these cans with even more CO2 than usual for a beautifully bubbly experience.
