Los Tecolotes
Mexican Lager
This beer demanded a clean profile, a crisp feel, and bright notes to create some pop. we began with pilsner and vienna malts as well as some flaked corn. We aimed for a subtle cereal graininess with a finish reminiscent of tortilla chips. A small hit of willamette hops add a barely-there, super-clean bitterness.
Just Citra
Double IPA
Just Citra is a new hazy DIPA hopped exclusively with our 2023 citra that we selected in yakima this fall. we were thrilled about that pick then. we're even more thrilled about it now.
Obscura
WC IPA
We have been eager to throw Riwaka into our mix. If you like Australian and New Zealand hops like Nelson, Galaxy, Enigma or others, you'll immediately fall in love with this hop and this beer.
Sonoma Aroma
Hazy IPA
The blend we crafted overflows with cannabis notes as well as a ton of ripe cantelope. it's as if we smuggled a bunch of green in the center of a melon and then cut it open. This batch of Sonoma aroma is particularly dank and resinous.
Seven Citra
Hazy IPA
Idaho 7 and citra hops offer candied pineapples and citrusy notes that balance out its 7.8% abv. this beer is similar to our other hazies but has a longer finish and bigger mouthfeel.
Cloud's Edge
Hazy IPA
This is Nic's first recipe to go into can, and he put together a beautiful array of flavors with nectaron, mosaic, waimea, and 702 mosaics. We've been really impressed with the @yakimachief 702 series of flowable hops, and we're loving the complexity we get layering it with traditional pellets of the same varietal.
Brown Chicken Brown Cow
American Brown
it combines malt and hop to create complex flavors and aromas of cola, toast, brown bread, mint, and cocoa. like most of our beers, it is full yet dry, leaving you quenched but eager for more anyway.
S'mosaic
WC IPA
Busts with pine, dank, and ripe fruit from two of our favorite hops. It's a dry Westcoast IPA with just a slight edge of bitterness. With a dry and clean fermentation, it is super approachable and delicious.
Kaleidoscope
Hazy IPA
It looks like a glowing cloud and overflows with tropical dank notes. It's soft and juicy and hits all the hazy notes.
