We stuffed 5lbs/bbl of Citra, Simcoe, Cashmier Idaho 7, and Ekuanot hops into the brew, giving it an explosive aroma of passionfruit and citrus. Don’t let the smoothness of this brew deceive you, it still packs a punch but goes down easy.

Polk Street

DH Pale Ale

The simple malt bill on this ale allows us to focus on the dry hop character. Dry-Hopping with Mosaic and Citra hops creates a brew with pleasant grapefruit and tangerine.

Orange Julius

DH IPA

Bring back your childhood memories. Brewed with malted barley, oats, and pureed navel oranges. Dry hopped with over two pounds/barrel of Citra hops, then conditioned with vanilla beans from Madagascar, orange zest, cinnamon sticks, and Belgian candy sugar in the serving tank. The resulting beer has intense vanilla, and orange aromatics coupled with a fluffy mouthfeel and just enough bitterness to remind you that it is beer. Contains lactose.
