The Collective is the natural progression of what original owners of Elkhorn Slough Brewing Co. intended, delivering hand-crafted beers for all tastes and styles, with a particular focus on wild ales. With this next incarnation, the joyful, unpretentious spirit of Elkhorn remains alive along with what brought us here in the first place: community.
