Founded in 2012 by Blaine Landberg, Calicraft takes inspiration from the ingredients, places and people of California. We strive to create products that combine innovation with purpose - products that push the boundaries of beer, wine, and spirits. Whether its using local ingredients such as anise hyssop and wine pomace, creative collaborations with restaurants like Chez Panisse and wineries like Dashe Cellars, or developing a whole new category of beer – Calicraft seeks to answer the question: What if beer was created in California?

Pinedrops/Rainbows was inspired by the amazing album In Rainbows by one of our favorite bands Radiohead. Complex, challenging, popular and innovative are a few words to describe In Rainbows that we think also describes what we’d like to be as beverage makers

Passionfruit, orange, and guava (or POG for short) is our absolute favorite fruit combination. A great balance between sweet, tart, and tropical.

Bloom is brewed to celebrate reopening and our hope for a better 2021. Flavors of mango nectar, ripe apricots, and juicy tangerine explode out of the glass.
Buena Vista
Brown Ale
We took Oaktown brown ale and infused it with oak cubes that we soaked in Jameson Cold Brew. For a festive twist, we top the beer with a house made coconut and pandan foam. Pandan is a green tropical herb often used in Southeast Asian food and drinks. It has flavors similar to vanilla and coconut with a sweet floral aroma.

Kolsch
Coast is our California twist on a German classic. We wanted a beer without compromises - easy drinking, but full of flavor. Light and crisp, with a refreshing finish. Coast is the perfect beer companion for a hot day like today, whether you’re out for a hike, grilling in the backyard, floating down the river, or just relaxing in a hammock in the shade.
