Fruition Brewing is a brewery and kitchen in the East Lake Village in Watsonville. We are focused on producing a wide variety of beers for our tasting room and patio, with a dedication to local and sustainable ingredients.

Opposite Shore
WC IPA
First up, from the Pacific Northwest, Amarillo brings the grapefruit & orange, & Belma brings the alpine strawberry gummy. From the opposite shores of New Zealand, Motueka brings the zesty lemon lime. Our homage to the best coast, a dry and refreshingly bitter counterpart to the nearly ubiquitous haze originating from the northeast.

Light Lager
We designed this one for all day action.
Brewed with just CA grown / organic barley & CA grown rice. Fermented cool ‘til crisp & refreshing.
It’s just a light beer, but good. Because sometimes that’s all we really want.
Lemon Verbena Grisette
Grisette
Lightly tart, & fluffy with organic traditional farmhouse grains like wheat, rye, & oats. This is the beer to reach for after a long day of work, or maybe even in the middle of a long work day
Simmoe
DH WC DIPA
West Coast DIPA dry hopped with so much Simcoe & Mosaic that it’s hazy.
Dos Piñas
DDH , SH DIPA w. Roasted Pineapple
Brewed with oven roasted pineapples, hundreds of pounds of pineapple purée, and double dry hopped to layer more juicy goodness.

The punchy fruit cocktail combo includes papaya, passionfruit, melons, cherries, & raspberries
Satsuma Wheat
Witbier
We switched things up from classic witbiers, and substituted organic satsumas from our farmers market pals @kenstopnotchproduce instead of traditional orange peel. Rounded out with a handful of organic coriander, it checks all the boxes: hazy, fluffy, citrusy, zesty, balanced & just dry enough to be damn refreshing.
