Lavish goes big on Citra and Strata with a dose of Rakau to add a nice layer of complexity. Flavors of tangerine, mango, and papaya jump out of the glass, with a plush, pillowy texture.

Paulsen's Field

Hops: Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic, Motueka

While Paulsen's Field is dry with a nice elegance about itself, it is bursting with zippy flavors of gooseberry, lime zest and other citrus fruits as well as bright tropical notes.

Sunshine is Fine

Tart Ale w. Raspberries, Guava, Milk Sugar, and Vanilla Beans.

We used equal parts of raspberries and guava, but the raspberries punch their way through very nicely. It's hard to set the glass down on this one. Hoping to bring a lot more sunshine our way with this beer!

This beer exhibits characteristics of citrus and tropical fruits, primarily green papaya, grapefruit, tangerine, underripe mango, and lime. There is also a nice floral quality and light herbal notes. It's dry and refreshing, while keeping a soft mouthfeel.
