Temescal Fruity
Gose w/ Pineapple and Mango
This extremely tart beer combines bright lemony acidity with pineapple, mango, coriander and pink himalayan salt. Juicy tropical aromas from the fruit bounce of each other and are bolstered by the acidity. Coriander provides a background fruit-loop like character, as well as a subtle floral note. A dash of pink Himalayan salt adds a refreshing salinity to the finish to balance the acidity. We used a genetically modified yeast from Berkeley Yeast that produces elevated levels of acidity, instead of kettle souring with bacteria, which is often fraught with off flavors.

Czech-Style Pilsner
This extremely crushable beer is rich and bready, with pilsner malt that eases you in before a wave of spicy and citrusy Czech hop flavor crashes over your palate. That delightfully refreshing cycle of full bodied maltiness and lingering hops propels you through one pint to another.

Hazy Tropical IPA
This beer is dripping with tropical flavors and a juicy, hoppy punch from the ensemble of Nelson, Bru-1, and Simcoe hops. It’s got a refreshing kick of tangy guava, juicy pineapple, and pithy grapefruit, supported by soft, full body and some subtle peachy esters.
Kiwi
Tropical IPA
This juicy, tropical IPA is all about the ripe, fruity aromas of New Zealand hops. Nelson and Riwaka shine with tons of passionfruit and guava on the nose. Peach, orange, and just a touch of dank join the tropics on the palate. Mellow bitterness and a full body accentuate the juicy vibes as you drink.

For the hop lovers. It’s got a ton of complexity, and just the right amount of bitterness. A lager for sipping and contemplation, it knows no season.
